Location: Martinez, CA (serving Contra Costa County & the Lamorinda area)
Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $22–$30/hour, depending on experience

Shawn St. Germain Construction, Inc. is a residential design and remodeling company based in Martinez, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. We work closely with homeowners from initial design through final installation, and we're looking for a reliable laborer to join our crew for upcoming remodel projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead carpenters and installers with day-to-day remodel work
- Demo and prep existing kitchen and bathroom spaces
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on job sites
- Help with framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and flooring installation as needed
- Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each project
- Follow safety protocols and site guidelines at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential construction or a related trade (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs and working on your feet most of the day
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Contra Costa County
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- A team player who shows up on time and takes pride in the work
- Valid driver's license [add: and clean driving record, if relevant]
