Shawn Fletcher Trucking, Inc. is seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. We specialize in hauling logs and wood chips throughout central Minnesota. This is a local position — home every night.
We’re looking for hardworking, dependable drivers who take pride in their work and value safety and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer hauling logs and wood chips
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate driver logs and follow all DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Prior experience hauling logs or wood chips preferred
- To ensure reliable year-round commuting, applicants must live within approximately 45 minutes of the Brainerd/Baxter area.

Insurance Company Driver Requirements:
If you are applying for a position as a Driver you must meet the following conditions set forth by our Insurance Company:
- You must be at least 23 years of age.
- You must have a current, valid commercial driver’s license with no restrictions and no current license suspension or revocation, with the proper endorsements to operate our equipment.
- You must have at least two years of experience in the operation of tractor/trailer equipment.
- You must be able to meet all Federal Motor Carrier guidelines.
- You must have no major traffic violations on your record within the last three years:
A. Reckless or careless driving
B. DUI
C. Hit and run, leaving scene of accident, or failure to report an accident
D. Excessive speeding as defined by the D.O.T. or any single offense for any speed 15 mph or more above the posted speed limit
- You must have no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the accident scene, or disabling damage to any motor vehicle involved in an accident on your record within the last three years.
