Duties

• Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines, providing clear explanations of coverage options.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and personalized communication strategies.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, policy details, and client interactions efficiently.
• Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
• Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid state insurance license(s) for health, life, property & casualty, or commercial insurance products.
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation, benefits administration, and CRM system proficiency required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and analysis purposes.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Prior experience in health insurance knowledge, life insurance knowledge, or property casualty insurance is highly advantageous.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
