What You Will Do
• Perform structural design calculations for heavy industrial facilities
• Create construction drawings using various software
• Develop 3D structural models using various software
• Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction inspections
• Provide constructability input and contribute to overall project success
• Collaborate directly with senior engineers
• Embrace and advance new technologies and software
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
• 4 to 10 years of structural engineering experience
• PE license or actively working toward it
• Experience with structural steel, foundations, and industrial facilities preferred
• Construction or field background is a strong plus
• Self-motivated — able to own your work and deliver on deadlines
• Genuine curiosity about new software and technology — ShawCo invests in the best tools available
• Comfortable with both office work and regular field involvement
