Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish

- Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring adherence to established recipes
- Manage high-volume production during busy service times while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination and waste
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and food production
- Experience working in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings preferred
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely under pressure
