Shaw Search Partners is proud to lead this retained search on behalf of an iconic global skincare and personal care company, identifying a Digital Shelf Content Operations Manager to support their growing eCommerce organization.
This role is the operational lead for agency management and digital shelf content execution, ensuring best-in-class, retailer-specific content launches across key platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Ulta.com.
You will partner closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and syndication vendors to ensure content is accurate, compelling, on time, and optimized to drive conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital shelf content execution across priority retailers
- Serve as the subject matter expert on retailer content requirements and scorecards (Amazon IDQ, Walmart CQS, Target CHS, etc.)
- Manage agency workflows, timelines, and SLAs to ensure flawless on-site launches
- Audit live content to identify and resolve syndication or execution gaps
- Act as the central liaison between Digital Shelf, Commercial Sales, agencies, and syndication partners
- Partner with PIM/DAM teams to ensure assets are correctly ingested, tagged, and accessible
- Leverage tools such as Profitero, Salsify, and internal dashboards to monitor content completeness and performance
- Support a test-and-learn mindset, including A/B testing and ongoing optimization
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or agency roles (CPG or beauty preferred)
- Deep knowledge of retailer content standards and scorecarding
- Hands-on experience with PIM/DAM and syndication platforms (Salsify, Syndigo, 1WorldSync, GDSN)
- Proven ability to manage agencies, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex launches simultaneously
