Shaw Search Partners is proud to be leading the retained search for a global beauty powerhouse with a portfolio of iconic skincare brands, seeking a Content Strategist to join its growing Digital Shelf and eCommerce team.
This strategic content leader will partner across marketing, eCommerce, and sales to shape how brands show up on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retailer platforms — driving consistency, conversion, and creative excellence across the digital shelf.
This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional teamwork — shaping how world-class beauty brands show up and perform across the digital shelf.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and storyteller — someone who understands how to translate analytics into beautiful, brand-right content and knows how to partner effectively across internal and external teams.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate across marketing, eCommerce, and sales to plan launches, optimize hero SKUs, and execute campaigns with precision.
- Partner with agency teams to guide PDP copy, imagery, and enhanced content — ensuring consistency and alignment with retailer best practices (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others).
- Stay current on retailer-specific content requirements and evolving platform standards, ensuring all content meets creative and technical expectations.
- Use Profitero and digital shelf analytics to uncover insights and identify opportunities to improve content and conversion.
- Present insights and recommendations that influence strategy and strengthen cross-team alignment.
What You Bring
- 7 years in digital shelf, eCommerce, or content strategy, ideally within beauty, skincare, or CPG.
- Advanced proficiency with Profitero (or similar analytics platforms).
- A balance of creative instinct and analytical precision — equally comfortable in dashboards and brand decks.
- Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across internal and external teams, balancing strategic priorities with flawless execution.
📍Location: Hybrid in Stamford, CT (3x/week in-office)
