- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Work in varying temperature conditions (hot cases, cold cases, coolers, freezers).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or training in retail management or a related field is preferred.
- Travel from one work site to another for training, meetings, company functions, or temporary work assignments.
- No disciplinary action within the last 6 months minimum.
- Retail experience with at least 6 months in a role as a Department Manager or Person-In-Charge with supervisory and Profit & Loss Report experience.
