In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing-specific equipment such as plumbing and pipe threading machine
- Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites .
- Collaborate with team members including carpenters, HVAC technicians, and handyman specialists to complete integrated construction or remodeling projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed clearly and addressing client questions professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge of water systems, , pipe threading, and plumbing system schematics.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles or commercial driving certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with basic math aptitude for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and providing customer service.
