- Product Knowledge & Freshness Standards: Familiarity of food safety and freshness protocols, with a focus on maintaining product quality.
- Inventory & Stocking Skills: Ability to manage inventory, rotate stock effectively, and ensure shelves are organized and full.
- Customer Service:Friendly, helpful attitude with the ability to assist customers and communicate clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills to monitor product dates, cleanliness, and display standards.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and staying active throughout the shift.
