Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties using hand tools, power tools, and construction experience.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites.
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and drain snakes to clear blockages efficiently.
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues related to water flow, leaks, or system failures; utilize plumbing inspection cameras for detailed diagnostics.
- Execute remodeling projects involving plumbing modifications or upgrades while adhering to local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling heavy lifting tasks with appropriate techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about work performed, addressing questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven plumbing experience with a focus on installation, repair, or maintenance.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing, residential plumbing systems, and commercial plumbing standards.
- Experience with drain cleaning equipment and plumbing inspection cameras is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing practices.
- Strong understanding of water systems, plumbing system maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards.
