Role Summary
We’re hiring a disciplined, detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk to support daily order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and handling orders accurately and on time.
This position also helps keep finished inventory organized, packing areas stocked, and inventory counts accurate.
What You’ll Do
Fulfill orders accurately and on time
Pick, pack, seal, label, and prepare packages for shipment
Print shipping labels, packing slips, and other shipping documents
Check postage, shipping methods, carrier routes, and rates
Hand off completed packages to carriers, including USPS and UPS
Receive, store, organize, and stage finished inventory and shipping supplies
Keep pick-and-pack tubs, packing stations, and inventory areas stocked and organized
Verify shipment contents against orders, invoices, or records for accuracy
Record and report shipment issues, damages, shortages, or inventory discrepancies
Move materials, packages, and inventory using carts, hand trucks, bins, or other equipment
Support shop flow as needed through staging, cleaning, organizing, and assisting other
departments

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Ability to bend, reach, carry, move, pack, and stage materials as needed
Ability to work in a shipping, receiving, warehouse, and production support environment
Education
High school diploma or GED
