What You'll Do:
✅ Patient Intake & Scheduling: Ensure new patients are properly onboarded, complete welcome calls, and assist with paperwork.
✅ Daily Office Operations: Maintain accurate day sheets, checklists, and organize patient flow.
✅ Customer Service: Be the first point of contact—answering calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
✅ Payment Processing: Collect payments at the time of service and ensure accurate financial records.
✅ Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other healthcare providers.
