We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and a passion for the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client Personal Lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting insurance products to meet clients' needs.
Rate and quote new and renewal Personal Lines policies. Screen and process applications checking for accuracy. Review all applications, renewal requests and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines.
Perform requests changes for coverages. Rate and process endorsements, cancellations or return premiums. Perform data entry functions in agency management system and /or specific rating and underwriting system. Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.
Build the highest degree of relationship with the customer. Self-motivated, able to work independently.
Required: Good written and verbal skills including the ability to listen and problem solve with minimal assistance. Attention to detail and time management skills.
Independent Insurance Agency experience is a must requirement.
Keep up to date on rates and changes and maintain manuals. File claim reports.
Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license required.
Applied Epic, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00. 1 hour lunch
Compensation includes:
Salary $56,000-$68,000 plus bonus opportunities
Fully 100% paid medical
