Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Provide general cardiology and interventional cardiology care.
- Build and grow a solo practice with opportunity to expand patient volume and service line.
- Perform advanced cardiac procedures, including WATCHMAN for atrial fibrillation and Cardio-MEMS for heart failure monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery Program, which includes CABG, valve repair/replacement, aorta repair, thoracic/vascular procedures, and off-pump (OPCAB) bypass surgery.
- Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with 1 in 3 calls.
What We're Looking For
- MD/DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology with interventional training.
- Interest in building and leading a high-demand solo practice.
- Competitive base salary: $600,000 - $630,000/year plus productivity bonus.
