Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)

What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient hospitalist services exclusively.
- Work a 7 ON / 7 OFF schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Manage approximately 15 - 20 patients per day.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.
- NP or PA license in good standing.
- Hospitalist experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Competitive salary: $130,000 - $170,000/year (based on experience).
- Production bonus.
