Front Desk Agent (Part-Time) – Aloft Cupertino / Aloft San Jose Cupertino / Aloft Sunnyvale | Shashi Hospitality Group
Schedule: Part-time | 3PM–11PM shift | Weekends required
Pay: $20/hour
About the Role
We’re seeking energetic and reliable Front Desk Agents to join our team at each of the following hotels. In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel—providing warm hospitality, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every guest enjoys an effortless, upbeat stay.

- Aloft San Jose Cupertino (4241 Moorpark Ave, San Jose, CA 95129)
- Aloft Sunnyvale (170 S Sunnyvale Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086)

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maximize daily room sales and assist with reservations.
- Coordinate daily arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate room assignments and amenity programs.
- Review daily front office logs and guest feedback.
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Succeed
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays (must be available for 3PM - 11PM shift).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
