Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and address their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock storage.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or handling light snacks when required.
- Support catering events or banquet functions by providing efficient bar service in high-volume settings.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock bar supplies regularly and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Experience in serving beverages at bars, restaurants, or catering events is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards within the food industry.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques related to garnishing or light snack service is advantageous.
- Banquet experience or catering background will be considered a plus for supporting large events.
- Barista experience or hospitality background that emphasizes excellent service and multitasking skills is desirable.
