We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support our People Development & Organizational Effectiveness department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping employee growth and learning. As an intern, you'll play a key role in preparing curriculum materials, supporting course facilitation, managing administrative tasks, and working within our Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing curriculum materials for training programs
- Provide administrative support for course logistics and scheduling
- Help facilitate learning sessions and workshops
- Work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course content and enrollment
- Coordinate with instructors and participants to ensure smooth course delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and materials
- Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3.0 grade point average
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ability to quickly learn
- Ability to manage digital files and course materials efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
