Customer Service Representative
We are looking for motivated and dependable 2-40 or 2-15 licensed ACA Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Pompano Beach, FL, where you will assist customers over the phone in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-40 or 2-15 License (required)
- Experience with TLD and HealthSherpa preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
