Job Details
Title: SQA Engineer Location : Seattle/Everett, WA Office Onsite from Day1.
Certification Process (80%)
- Drive compliance with DO-178C standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain certification documentation, including plans, checklists, and reports.
- Support SOI (Stage of Involvement) audit activities and coordinate with certification authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to certification requirements.
- Manage configuration baselines and ensure traceability of requirements, design, and test artifacts.
- Oversee change management processes and impact analysis for certification deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, system engineers, project managers) to resolve certification-related issues.
Software Quality Assurance (20%)
- Implement and monitor QA processes aligned with DO-178C guidelines.
- Perform peer reviews of design, code, and test cases for compliance.
- Track and report non-conformances using problem reporting tools.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal audits.
