Injection Molding Technician
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Injection Molding Technician with 3–5 years of experience in machine setup, processing, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues.
- Adjust machine settings to improve production.
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete production records and basic computer data entry.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work with the production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of injection molding experience.
- Experience with polyethylene, ABS, nylon, engineered resins, or TPE preferred.
- Blow molding experience is a plus.
- Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
Preferred:
- Forklift or powered industrial equipment certification.
- Level 2 Saw certification (preferred).
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
