What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contingent Project Manager position at Sharpedge Solutions?
Required
- 5 8 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations
- Demonstrated ability to manage full system implementation lifecycles requirements through go-live
- Experience leading UAT coordination, defect management, and go-live authorization processes
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills status reporting, executive briefings, and escalation management
- PMP certification or actively pursuing (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent also accepted)
Preferred
- Experience implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise software (ERP, ITSM, CRM, HCM, or similar)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow as a delivery platform ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
- Vendor and system integrator management experience in a multi-party delivery model
- Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management experience
- Change management exposure structured approach to user readiness and adoption
