Key Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, label, and test **structured cabling systems** (CAT6/CAT6A, fiber optic – SM/MM)
- Support cabling for **LAN, Wi‑Fi, voice, CCTV, access control, nurse call, and medical devices**
- Perform cable testing, certification, troubleshooting, and remediation
- Maintain accurate **as-built documentation, labeling, port mapping, and rack layouts**
- Coordinate with **network, desktop, biomedical, and facilities teams** during deployments and upgrades
- Support hospital IT projects including **wards, clinics, labs, OTs, data centers, and clinics**
- Ensure adherence to **hospital safety, infection control, and change management standards**
- Work within defined **SLA, incident, and service request processes**
