Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Representative at Sharpe Wealth Management LLC. The hours are 8:30a-5p Monday-Friday. Hourly pay with bonus opportunities. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, making inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, planning client appreciation events, managing social media content, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the client experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
