Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site paid summer internship role for a Client Service Representative at our office in Burleson, TX. The role includes supporting the client experience by addressing inquiries, resolving service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks involve handling client communications, maintaining accurate account information, assisting with transaction processing, and providing support to the financial advising team. This position offers valuable exposure to the financial planning industry and an opportunity to develop professional client service skills.
