Personal Injury Attorney
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent litigation and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall casesConduct legal research and investigate claims to develop effective case strategiesGather and analyze evidence to support clients' casesInterview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and expertsNegotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary Appear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Provide clients with regular case updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation processCollaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management
QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active admission and good standing with the State BarExperience handling personal injury casesProven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating casesStrong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedureExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to independently manage a substantial caseloadStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClient-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Experience:

• personal injury matters, : 7 years (Required)
• motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall cases: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
