Job Title: Oracle Order Management Cloud Engineer
Location: Durham, NC (preferring local candidates)
Job Responsibilities:
OM Cloud Engineer to support enhance and optimize cloud based Order Management solutions The engineer will be responsible for managing integrations troubleshooting complex production issues supporting order to cash processes and ensuring the reliability and performance of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystem
Key Qualifications Skills
- Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations
- Support end to end Order to Cash O2C business processes including order capture fulfillment shipping invoicing and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issues
- Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systems
- Configure business rules orchestration processes fulfillment flows and exception handling
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud based solutions
- Monitor application health system performance and transaction processing
