We are seeking Instructors for Private Music Lessons. This contract role involves teaching music lessons to individual learners, creating personalized lesson plans, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Instructors will also provide feedback, help students set goals, and facilitate student recitals. This is an on-site role based in Frederick, MD where instructors will have access to Sharp Studios' resources and facilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Music Theory
- Ability to read sheet music preferred
- Experience in Music Performance and teaching various musical styles
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Maintains a personal calendar & excellent time management skills
- At least 1-2 years of music teaching or tutoring experience is preferred
- Degree in Music, Music Education, or related field is preferred but not required
- Passion for music and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
