Your day to day as a Customer Service REP for National ParksAs a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Sharp Solutions Inc., you will provide essential Call Center and Customer Service support for our Product Sales and Park Pass Program. You will handle inquiries across three distinct call queues: Park Passes, Order Entry (Map Sales), and Business Partners. Your role involves processing orders, checking the status of customer requests, and assisting clients in finding the right products to meet their needs.
You will also research and document return issues, offering clear return instructions when necessary. For inquiries that exceed the scope of the call center, you'll seamlessly transfer calls and chats to the appropriate representatives. Additionally, you will manage orders and customer queries through fax and email, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every customer engaged with our services.
