- Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
- Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies in the staging process and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other departments (e.g., Project management, production) and ensure all necessary materials are ready on time.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems or inventory software SAP
- Ability to suggest and implement process improvements that enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize your team’s work.
- Leadership abilities to motivate, train, and support a team of technicians, guiding them in staging best practices.
- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems
- Compiling, categorizing, calculating, auditing, or verifying information or data
- Communicating to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
- Using computers and computer systems (including SAP, Microsoft Office, Teams, Smartsheet) to program, enter data, or process information to distribute production schedules or work orders to production and other departments
- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders to determine materials requirements or material priorities
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
- Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
- Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss the needed changes or solution.
- Plan production commitments or timetables for business units, specific programs, or jobs, using Smartsheet
- Receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and components to ensure they are readily available for production
- Keeping track of inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with procurement for reordering supplies as needed
- Preparing materials for production runs by staging them in designated areas, ensuring that all necessary components are available and in good condition.
- Inspecting materials for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards before they are released for production.
- Working closely with production teams to understand material needs and timelines, ensuring that staging aligns with production schedules.
- Adhering to safety protocols while handling materials and using equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintaining accurate records of material usage, inventory levels, and any discrepancies or issues that arise.

- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent.
- 1-5 years of previous experience with inventory management or equivalent experience at a Pharmaceutical/Clinical or cGMP regulated facility.
- Thorough knowledge of inventory management and transaction in SAP.
- Prior experience leading teams in a production environment.
- Must be able to speak, read, comprehend and write in English.
- Computer skills; email, Microsoft Office Work, Excel, and Smartsheet.
- Communicate effectively.
- Must be able to gown and work in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including but not limited to safety shoes, safety glasses, respirators, full hooded suits (worn over the head and face), as required by SOPs
- Able to work with Controlled Substances (Must successfully pass Criminal background check and drug screening.).
