Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist for a full-time, on-site position located in Newburgh IN. The therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, and collaborating with families and other healthcare providers. They will also handle case management and ensure high-quality mental health care tailored to each client’s needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Treatment Planning, including creating and implementing personalized care plans for clients
- Strong background in Social Work and Case Management to support client needs and navigate available resources
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health services, including counseling and therapy
- Proficiency in Family Therapy to provide integrated care and address family dynamics
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Indiana as an LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
