Assistant Community Manager:
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the community, with a strong focus on leasing, resident relations, financial performance, collections and renewals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate reporting, and driving overall property performance.
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for managing rent collections, enforcing delinquency processes, maintaining accurate resident ledgers, and supporting financial reporting. This individual will also assist with leasing efforts, including managing the prospect pipeline, supporting conversion, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the leasing experience.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Community Manager serves as a key support to the onsite team and helps ensure consistency in processes, communication, and execution.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Assistant Community Manager must be a team-oriented leader who can step in as needed, support team development, and hold a high standard of accountability.
