Industrial Cleaning - Foreman
Location: Gainesville, TX
Pay: Salary plus bonuses
Job Summary
We are an industrial cleaning company serving the oil and gas sector. This role is a supervisory role leading and managing a crew of 2-3 technicians with extensive travel and long work weeks, including outdoor work in inclement weather. You will travel and work with a crew, follow safety protocols, and perform physically demanding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel with crew to job sites and work away from home for extended periods
- Complete and turn in all required paperwork timely and accurately
- Manage crew hours/schedule to be within company standards and set goals
- Partner with sales reps to complete work within proposals/customer guidelines
- Perform all DOT checklists and required documentation
- Perform industrial cleaning work while following all safety protocols
- Work safely from heights when required
- Lift 50–80 lbs using proper lifting and safety procedures
Work Schedule & Conditions
- Up to 70 hours per week (as needed)
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather
- Extensive travel; on the road most of the time for months March-August
Requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean background check
Experience
Oilfield experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
