Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver

Join Sharp Home Care and help individuals remain comfortable, independent, and supported in their own homes. We are hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers to assist clients in Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding areas throughout Cobb County.

Work Schedule

Care opportunities are available across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight coverage, and weekends. Assignments are determined based on client care needs, caregiver availability, and service requirements.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $16.70 to $18.50, with rates based on experience, availability, qualifications, and specific client assignments.

Primary Duties

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care routines
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Follow established care plans and complete required documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the care team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, direct care, healthcare, senior care, or a related field is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• CPR and First Aid certifications are beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
