Sharp Home Care is seeking caring and dependable professionals to provide non-medical, one-on-one support for seniors and adults receiving care in their homes throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.
We offer a variety of client assignments featuring 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour shifts. Work schedules are determined by client care needs, caregiver availability, and placement opportunities.
Pay Rate
$16.50–$18.50 per hour, depending on the assigned client and the scheduled day of the shift.

Daily Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care and routine daily activities
• Encourage companionship and provide emotional support
• Help keep the client's home clean, organized, and safe
• Carry out services according to each client's individualized care plan while completing required documentation
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care team
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality care
