Full Time - Day Shift
Monday through Friday
Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$83.970 - $108.360 - $121.360
This role will be responsible for conducting patient screenings, providing medication instructions and education, coordinating laboratory monitoring and physician follow‑up for patients served by Sharp Grossmont Specialty Pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- 5 Years experience in the advanced practice area Or
- 3 Years completion of PGY1 residency and 2 years' experience in advanced practice area; Or
- 2 Years completion of PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS) - American Heart Association
- California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
- Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery
Other Qualification Requirements
- Any BPS (Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties) Certification is required within 6 months of hire into this position.
- Advance Practice Pharmacist License-CA Board of Pharmacy is required within 12 months of hire into this position.
