A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Software Developer. This role is HYBRID in Marysville, OH- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to support global rollout activities.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications.
• Support the deployment of ServiceNow across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with ITSM modules; additional experience with ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or NowAssist is a plus.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or multi-region deployments.
- Ability to work onsite in Marysville, Ohio, for the full duration of the project.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, etc.).
