Senior Systems Engineer (Onsite Role)
This is an onsite position for a motivated, hands-on Senior Systems Engineer operating within the Product Development organization, specifically supporting the On Market Support (OMS) area.
The successful candidate must possess direct experience with electro-mechanical devices and demonstrate a strong systems engineering mindset.
Ideal Skills & Expertise- Strong foundation in engineering principles and concepts, with the ability to apply technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought.
- Expertise in developing, preparing, and executing comprehensive verification and validation (V&V) test strategies.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, risk management principles, and elicitation techniques, including FMEA methodologies.
- Expertise in defining problems and conducting causal analysis using structured problem-solving tools, with the ability to identify actionable root causes.
- Familiarity or experience with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodology.
- INCOSE certification is a plus.
- Apply intensive engineering knowledge to complex assignments.
- Lead efforts to define new components, products, or processes.
- Analyze data, evaluate results, and implement product or process improvements.
- Develop design concepts, participate in reviews, and execute experiments (including DOE).
- Plan and execute projects, identify technical challenges, and develop potentially patentable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and present results to stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction and support to team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) with 8 years of experience.
- OR Master’s degree in Engineering with 4 years of experience.
