Quality Associate (GMP / QC)- Junior role

Pay - $30 to $32/ hr on w2

Location - 85755, Tucson, Arizona, United States - Onsite

• Role Overview:Entry-level position supporting Technical Transfer and cross-functional project activities.
• Open due to business changes; this is a backfill position.

• Experience Required:1–4 years of experience in the medical device / pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.
• Prior experience in Quality Control (QC) supporting GMP/GDP environments is acceptable.
• Educational background in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or Chemical Engineering preferred.

• Key Skills & Competencies:Basic knowledge of Six Sigma and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of regulatory standards and GMP practices.
• Foundational knowledge of risk management.
• Awareness of end-to-end manufacturing processes (from receiving to final production stages).
• Strong project coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and with attention to detail.
• Experience participating in stakeholder meetings and working within cross-functional teams.

• Soft Skills & Attributes:Strong communication skills.
• Good teamwork ethic and ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
• Comfortable attending and contributing to project meetings within larger team setups.

• Work Schedule:Standard working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
