Utilities Planner / Scheduler -- Hillsboro, ORPay :: $45.00/hr Requirements
This position requires strong technical planning, maintenance coordination, SAP/CMMS expertise, and experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP, Utility Maintenance systems, and other related strategic tools.
- Working knowledge of cGMP requirements related to equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
- Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as part of a self-directed team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a maintenance organization with responsibilities in asset management and/or CMMS administration and operations.
- Equivalent experience operating or administering comparable information systems is also acceptable.
- Attend all required cGMP training as outlined by department policy.
- Attend all required safety training as outlined by department policy.
- Complete on-the-job training using established training procedures.
- B.S. degree in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
