Job Title: Patient Services Representatives

Location: South Coast Gynecologic Oncology – San Diego, CA

Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 8-hour shifts

Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 (depending on experience)

South Coast Gynecologic Oncology is a busy specialty clinic with an in-house infusion suite, providing in-office chemotherapy and comprehensive gynecologic oncology care. We are seeking a qualified Patient Services Representative to join our front office team.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering multi-line phones and directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with referrals/authorizations
• Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays and balances
• Maintaining accurate patient records in EPIC
• Scanning, documentation, and general front office support
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Experience with EPIC Systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in experience, Referral & Authorization
• Proficient in Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
