Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Greenville, SC. The role involves overseeing and managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and serving as a point of contact for all client-related matters. Additionally, the Senior Key Account Manager will identify opportunities for new account acquisition effectively address customer needs, and ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Key Account Management and managing long-term client relationships
- Proven track record of prospecting for and winning net new accounts enterprise / major accounts
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure positive client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience in technology solutions or B2B sales is a plus
