We are actively seeking an experienced DSSL L1 Dispatch Engineer to provide onsite desktop and end-user support services in a 24/7 enterprise environment. π§ Key Responsibilities
β Provide onsite Desktop Support and End-User Computing (EUC) services
β Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
β Support laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices
β Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory
β Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
β Support BitLocker encryption and endpoint security configurations
β Perform break-fix activities and incident resolution within SLA targets
β Coordinate with remote teams and stakeholders for issue escalation and resolution

β Ideal Candidate
β Experience in Field Services, Desktop Support, or EUC Engineering
β Comfortable working independently in a dispatch-based environment
β Available for immediate start or short notice deployment
β Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing support experience
