Summary
Sharp Automotive is currently seeking an organized, self-motivated and detailed-oriented Service BDC Manager to be a part of our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Believes that the customer is the most important thing
- Address customer’s hesitation and resistance with patience/empathy
- Demonstrate a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude toward customers
- Ability to use “Positive Language” and “Read” Customers
- Strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations
- Contact customers through email phone to schedule service appointments
- Make outbound calls to generate service appointments
- Reschedule no-show customer appointments
- Respond to customer website request
- Keep social media updated
- Basic knowledge of company products (labor rates, menu item prices, models, series, options, warranties, vehicle maintenance, standard equipment, specifications)
- Driven to make sure every customer feels valued
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills
- Quick thinker and learner
- Professional with a confident attitude
- Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
