Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and data to deliver high-impact marketing that drives member engagement, deposit growth, and brand loyalty. In this role, you'll partner closely with executive leadership, lead an in-house marketing team, and bring integrated, multi-channel campaigns to life in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and in-branch channels.

• Partner with the VP of Marketing & Communications to shape strategy and execution.

• Own campaign performance, KPIs, and optimization across channels.

• Champion brand consistency, voice, and visual identity.

• Manage website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing in-house marketing team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with branches, lending, business systems, and compliance.

• Manage external agencies and marketing partners.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

• 7 years of marketing experience required; experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

• 3 years leading creative or digital marketing teams required.

• Strong experience with marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and content management.

• Proven success delivering measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
