Sharons' Half Day Cafe is more than a restaurant—it's a place where every guest is welcomed like family.
A collaboration between Oldham Hospitality and Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams, Sharons' Half Day serves handcrafted breakfast and lunch favorites featuring scratch-made biscuits, artisan country ham, locally roasted coffee, and genuine East Tennessee hospitality.
We're looking for friendly, energetic people who love serving others and creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
As a Front of House Guest Service Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with genuine Southern hospitality
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Delivering meals promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Answering menu questions and making recommendations
- Preparing dining areas before, during, and after service
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Working alongside our kitchen and coffee teams to ensure smooth service
- Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike
