Position Summary
Sharon's Creole Kitchen is seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and takes pride in preparing high-quality meals consistently. Experience with Southern, Cajun, or Creole cuisine is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure food is prepared and plated correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
