Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in emergency nursing, including triage, acute patient assessment, and coordination of care in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and management skills such as team supervision, staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, ancillary departments, patients, and families.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, patient safety principles, and compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Organizational and critical thinking skills to prioritize multiple demands, manage complex situations, and support effective decision-making.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure), with BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS or TNCC preferred.

- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; advanced education or professional certifications in emergency nursing or leadership are a plus.
