**Job Summary:** Join our team at Sharon Peters Real Estate, Inc, a thriving real estate business in San Marcos, TX, specializing in house flipping and property management. We are seeking a dedicated field cleaner and stager to use a company car to visit properties in flip process and located close or far but always within 2 hours of San Marcos . About two-three days a week will be spent cleaning properties that were just remodeled and getting ready to list for sale. You'll also be trained on how to do light staging for these same properties that are being cleaned. In addition you'll learn how to create punch lists of items that still need to be completed by the construction crew. You'll spend the majority of your time out at properties cleaning, staging, and helping make constructions lists for the construction crews.
**Qualifications:** - Experience in cleaning preferred. Bilingual would be helpful, but definitely not required. We do light staging to include a couple living room chairs, a dining table, a few pictures on the walls, rugs, towels, and a few decorative items. If you enjoy bringing life to a space, you might enjoy light staging. We'll go out with you and show you the basics of light staging. Some other co-workers find this fun. While training will be provided, we seek a self-motivated individual who can take initiative in their work. The role involves frequent travel within two hours of San Marcos, requiring flexibility in working hours. A company car is provided during work hours. Expect a varied work schedule with occasional long days but no weekend work required.
